I used this place for collision repair. They're super friendly, accommodating, and their communication is great. I'm someone who's never gone through the whole process of working with collision paperwork, claims, etc. And they helped inform me of certain steps and how certain things would or should work. My rear bumper needed to be replaced, and in addition to doing all that, they washed and vacuumed my car pretty thoroughly. Definitely recommend them!

I was in an accident about a month ago and sent my car to Koss for body work. They were responsive throughout the process letting me know what needed to be done and how long it would take. Bob even stayed after closing on a Friday so I could pick up my car. After I got my car back an AC issue arose so Bob provided a rental and fixed the issue free of charge.
